Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller / Platform: KAHVECİ OTELCİLİK TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, acting as intermediary for the services listed on www.cappadociaplatform.com.

Buyer: the person whose name, address and contact details are entered during the booking.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale of tours, activities, airport transfers, taxi rides, food, laundry, market, beauty and photography services booked through the Platform, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Price and payment

• The price shown at checkout, including taxes, is the total amount payable. Prices may be displayed in several currencies; the charged amount is stated on the payment page.
• Payment is taken online by card through a 3D Secure gateway, or, where offered, in person at the time of service.

4. Delivery of the service

The service is delivered by the partner business on the date and at the time stated in the booking. Pickup and meeting details are shown on the booking detail page and in the confirmation e-mail.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

• Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services to be performed on a specific date (tours, transfers, accommodation-related and leisure services) are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Cancellation and refund terms are the ones shown on each listing and booking page (free cancellation window, if any). Refunds are made to the original payment method.

6. Complaints and jurisdiction

Complaints can be submitted through the Help Center or info@cappadociaplatform.com. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's or seller's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by law.
