Every company's data kept apart
Every query sees only your company's records. This separation is built into the lowest layer of the software, not left to each screen; no other company can see your data.
Everyone sees only their own work
Your office team has owner, manager and staff roles. Agencies see only their own reservations and account; greeters see only the arrivals at the airports they cover.
Passwords are protected
Login passwords are stored so they can't be read back. Your UETDS web service password is kept encrypted, and identity numbers are masked in the UETDS logs.
Passport photos aren't kept
When passenger details are read from a passport, the photo is processed only for that reading and isn't kept. The document number read is checked against its check digits.
Deleting doesn't break history
Vehicles, drivers and agencies aren't deleted but deactivated. Past reservations, accounts and reports stay correct.
Every change is logged
Every change made in the panel is recorded with who made it and when.
Encrypted connection
The panel and the apps work only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Your data stays when the subscription ends
If a payment isn't made, your data isn't deleted; it becomes read-only. When you choose a plan, you carry on where you left off.
Personal data (KVKK)
You process passenger details to carry out the transfer and meet legal reporting duties (UETDS); your company is responsible for this data. Transfer Platform processes it only to provide the service to you, uses it for nothing else and shares it with no one.
