Move over from your old software in a day
Import your agency balances, reservation list and flight schedule from Excel. No agency's balance changes on the day you move over.
What comes over?
Agencies' opening balances
Each agency's balance in each currency comes in as an opening entry. Uploading the same file again replaces the earlier one, so nothing is counted twice.
Reservation list
Your old software's reservation list (date, pick-up time, flight, from–to, name, passengers, vehicle, price, note) becomes transfers row by row. By default, reservations from today onwards are taken.
Flight schedule
Turkish or English headers, 'Arrival/Departure', and days written as '1234567' or 'Mon, Wed, Fri' are read as they are.
Vehicles, drivers and agencies
You add your vehicles, drivers and agencies in the panel in a few minutes; airports, regions and vehicle types are ready.
The imported reservations are already in the opening balance, so they don't change it. Changes and cancellations made after you move over go to the account as usual.

Add your agencies
Add your agencies to the panel with their names and codes; balances are matched by that name or code.

Prepare your file
Download the balance and reservation templates from the Data import screen, or use your old software's Excel export.

Try it first
Upload the file as a trial. Transfer Platform shows what will be imported and which rows have a problem, and saves nothing.

Import and start
If everything is right, import it. Give your office team, agencies and greeters their logins; the next morning's jobs are on the board.
